a Few Minutes of Freedom

This morning I walked by the bathroom and saw Conrad's diaper. I was so frustrated with Ransom and couldn't figure out why he would just leave a dirty diaper out. I picked it up and then went to Conrad's room. I started laughing and felt bad that I had been frustrated with Rans because there was Conrad without a diaper. Somehow he had taken it off. I let him enjoy it for a few minutes and then it went back on. Hopefully this doesn't mean he's figured it out, but so far so good today. -Katie

Playing Outside

Conrad loves to go outside, he is always going to the door and trying to reach the door knob. On Monday I was pushing him around the living room on his tonka truck and then I thought I would tie a rope on it and pull him around outside. Once he saw me going for the door he got really excited and followed me. So we went outside and I pulled him around the car port and in the street. The whole time he had this proud look on his face like he was driving his first car. It was pretty fun to hang out with the little guy. -Ransom
