Career Change

For a while I have been trying to figure out what I want to do when I grow up. I went from pilot to teacher to pharmacist to radiologist to helicopter pilot again. All of them either just did not fit me or were very unpractical. I was thinking for a while about being a firefighter and I even signed up for the 1st class at the fire academy. Then during the Freedom Festival I saw some firemen and I went and talked to one about what they do and how he likes it. He told me how he loved it and that it was the best job ever. I am way excited now and I know that I will be doing something that will help people and be exciting. I think that Katie likes this choice too, now that she does not have to check up on me to see if I am finding out all I need to do for school because I am so pumped that I am on top of it. -Ransom

Alright man, I've always thought about doing this too. I've even went and talked to them about it. Let me know how it goes and maybe I'll jump on your band wagon.

Ransom, I can picture you as a firefighter. I know you love the outdoors. God has gifted you with a love of people and service. What a great way to use both.
